complimentary coffee comfy beds
I found the complimentary coffee in the lobby convenient, particularly after a long journey. The beds and pillows felt very comfortable. That helped me rest well!
There was only cake left when I returned late one afternoon. I asked for milk cartons, but the receptionist initially suggested I fetch milk myself instead of offering it for the room.

dark wall colors limited luggage space
The staff were cute, and there was coffee and pastries in the lobby.
My room was quite small, and I found it to be rather dark because of the wall colors. There wasn't a proper closet, and luggage space was limited. I was disappointed with what I got for the price I paid.

the staff was friendly. i appreciated the treats available throughout the day.. the water and coffee were great. air conditioning worked well during a hot period.

stylish lobby cute breakfast area convenient location warm room street noise inoperative air conditioning
i liked the hotel design. the lobby and breakfast area had a stylish and cute look. the location worked well since the metro was within walking distance. i enjoyed the coffee and snacks available all day.
the air conditioning was not on for the first night. the room was warm. i asked about it and it was taken care of. there was street noise late in the evening, but it was not too bad considering the central area.
